The NESAPh Valeriano Ibañez Abello Chapter No. 3 was honored to participate in the 𝟏𝟕𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲, 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. Our members were on the ground, actively contributing as part of the Technical Working Group and representing their respective institutions at the LNHS Gymnasium on the 31st of January 2026.

We extend our congratulations to the newly elected officers and board members who will lead the Tacloban City Council into the coming year. We remain committed to supporting the scouting movement's mission of building character and fostering citizenship through dedicated service.

From January 9–11, 2026, STEFTI Senior Scouts and Boy Scouts experienced an unforgettable Encampment filled with learning, teamwork, and service.

Facilitated by STEFTI Adult Leaders and NESAPh VIA Chapter 3, the Scouts developed essential skills such as navigation, first aid, cooking, signaling and etc. while building camaraderie and resilience.

The encampment concluded with a tree-planting and coastal clean-up in Baras, Palo, joined by the STEFTI Rover Scouts—turning values into action.

Thank you, STEFTI Outfit 90, for having us—and we wish you all the best on your scouting journey.
