𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲, 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗮 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲.

It is about helping women build the capacity, confidence, and knowledge they need to create the life they want.

This is why projects like Thrive 20–40: Financial & Entrepreneurial Empowerment for Working Women are meaningful to me.

Because many women are already capable.

But capability alone is not always enough.

We also need to equip women with financial literacy, entrepreneurial knowledge, confidence, and leadership skills so they can recognize opportunities, make better decisions, and build greater financial security.

I believe empowerment should not end with inspiration.

𝗜𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

A woman who understands her finances can make better decisions.

A woman who understands business can create opportunities.

A woman who believes in her capacity can lead.

And when women are equipped to thrive, families, businesses, and communities become stronger too.

This is the kind of advocacy I want to continue championing:

There are so many opportunities in life but not every opportunity needs to become your next move.

Sometimes, the challenge isn’t finding more opportunities.

It’s having enough 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.

I’ve learned that building a meaningful life is not about saying yes to everything.

It’s about knowing what you’re building, why you’re building it, and whether the opportunities in front of you are actually taking you closer to that vision.

That idea is at the heart of my book, "𝑳𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑳𝒊𝒇𝒆 𝑻𝒓𝒖𝒍𝒚."

Because success isn’t just about having more.

It’s about building a life that is truly yours, one that reflects your values, your choices, and the direction you intentionally decided to take.

I was reminded that every late night, every challenge, and every step of growth has a purpose.

Receiving this recognition is more than just an award for me. It is a reminder that when you continue to serve, lead, and stay true to your mission, people will see the impact you create.

As an author of Living Life Truly, I’ve always believed that life is not about perfection, but about alignment, authenticity, and purpose.

There was a season in my life when all I could do was dream.

I would imagine a better future for myself. A life where I could build something meaningful, create opportunities, help my family, and finally become the person I always wanted to be. But back then, everything felt far away.

No connections.
No shortcuts.
No certainty.

Just faith, silent prayers, and the decision to keep showing up every single day.

There were moments when I questioned myself. Moments when I felt tired, discouraged, and tempted to settle for an ordinary life because chasing dreams requires a different kind of sacrifice. It demands your time, energy, discipline, patience, and sometimes even your comfort.

But I realized something important:

The longer you delay your dreams, the more expensive they become.

Not because of money, but because of the opportunities you never took, the growth you avoided, and the life you could have built if you only believed in yourself earlier.

Dreams are not achieved overnight.

They are built quietly through consistency, hard work, failures, lessons, and small courageous steps that nobody sees.

And now, as I look back, I realize that every sacrifice was worth it.

The dreams I once prayed for are slowly becoming my reality, one step at a time.

So if you have a dream in your heart, start now.

Start scared if you must.

Start small if you need to.

But start.

Because your future will always thank you for the effort you made today. ✨🫰

One of the most overlooked skills in life is learning how to be on your own side.

Many people move through life being their own harshest critic, constantly doubting themselves, replaying mistakes, and feeling like they’re never enough.

And without realizing it, that inner voice shapes the direction of their life.

But things begin to change the moment you shift from self-criticism to self-support.

When you start speaking to yourself with understanding instead of judgment, you create space to grow, to improve, and to move forward with clarity.

You don’t need to be perfect to build a life you’re proud of.

But you do need to stop fighting yourself along the way.

Be your own support system. 💛
