LOOK: INTERACTIVE DIALOGUE ON KEY SCOUTING INITIATIVES ⚜️

Yesterday, May 6, 2026, the Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Tacloban City Council actively participated in the “Interactive Dialogue on Key Scouting Initiatives” headed by the BSP National Office.

The dialogue served as an avenue to strengthen collaboration, discuss important programs and initiatives, and further enhance the mission of Scouting in developing responsible, service-oriented, and values-driven young leaders.

BSP Tacloban City Council remains committed to supporting national programs and advancing the ideals of Scouting for the benefit of every Scout and community we serve.

HIGHLIGHTS | BOARD OF REVIEW – AREA 8 JAMBOREE 2026

Growth, reflection, and achievement took center stage during the Board of Review at the Area 8 Jamboree of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Tacloban City Council. ⚜️

This meaningful process provided our Scouts the opportunity to share their journey, demonstrate what they have learned, and reflect on how they have lived out the Scout Oath and Law. With confidence and sincerity, each Scout faced the Board—showcasing not only their skills but also their character, discipline, and commitment to service.

More than just an evaluation, the Board of Review stands as a celebration of progress and a reminder that every step in Scouting shapes a better, stronger individual.

With the theme “BE A PART OF A GREAT HELP,” our Scouts continue to grow as leaders ready to serve and make a difference.

HIGHLIGHTS | AREA 8 JAMBOREE 2026

The adventure has officially begun! Day 1 of the Area 8 Jamboree of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Tacloban City Council was filled with energy, excitement, and meaningful beginnings.

From the arrival of enthusiastic scouts and leaders, setting up camps, to the opening program that ignited our shared purpose—today marked the start of something truly memorable. Friendships were formed, teamwork was strengthened, and the spirit of service came alive.

With the theme “BE A PART OF A GREAT HELP,” we take our first steps toward five days of growth, leadership, and unforgettable experiences.

This is only the beginning—stay tuned for more adventures ahead!

Five days. One unforgettable journey.

The Area 8 Jamboree of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Tacloban City Council brought together scouts united by purpose, driven by service, and inspired to lead. From camp activities and challenges to shared laughter and lasting friendships, every moment became part of a story worth telling.

With the theme “BE A PART OF A GREAT HELP,” each scout stepped forward, proved their strength, and embraced the true spirit of scouting.

Scouts from across the council came together on 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 to openly discuss issues and work together to find practical solutions. It was a meaningful conversation grounded in 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺, 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 and 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺, where every voice helped map a better path forward. 🌱
