The UP Halcyon Alumni Association, in collaboration with the Rotaract Club of Tacloban, together with the Rotaract Club of Quezon City MediaTech and the Rotary Club of Kandaya Tacloban, led the Pasada Pantry, a community initiative that delivers grocery packs and essential goods to drivers who keep our roads and daily lives moving.

Through this effort, at least 150 drivers were supported. This would not have been possible without the generosity and support of everyone who contributed.

With continued hope and collective action, we move forward in serving and uplifting more communities, one jeepney driver at a time. 🙏🏻

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝗮 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱. ✨

In celebration of UP Halcyon’s 21st Anniversary, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗘𝘀𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗮, an initiative of the UP Halcyon Alumni Association (UPHAA) in partnership with UP Halcyon, will be conducted to support and empower young learners through meaningful educational opportunities.

With the theme, “𝗕𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗮, 𝗜𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗮𝗸𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗼 𝗦𝗮 𝗜𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗽,” this project aims to promote literacy development by providing children with access to reading materials and equipping them with essential foundations for their future academic success and personal growth.

This year’s Project Eskwela is made possible through the proceeds of Shindig! 2025, UP Halcyon’s annual concert for a cause, and will benefit 𝟱𝟴𝟳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 from 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗿𝗼 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗼, 𝗟𝗲𝘆𝘁𝗲. The turnover of books, library shelves, and audio-visual equipment hopes to build learning spaces that spark imagination, strengthen literacy skills, and unlock countless opportunities for every student.
