Volunteers from the Health and Safety Services of the Philippine Red Cross - Kalinga Chapter set up and manned a first-aid station during the intramurals of Kalinga State University this year, providing assistance to athletes who sustained injuries during the games.

In addition to the first-aid station, roving units were deployed in key areas to ensure timely assistance throughout the event.

The intramurals concluded on October 9th, celebrating and cultivating sportsmanship, teamwork, and camaraderie among KSUans.

Volunteers from the Health and Safety Services of the Philippine Red Cross - Kalinga Chapter set up and manned a first-aid station during the intramurals of Kalinga State University this year, providing assistance to athletes who sustained injuries during the games.

In addition to the first-aid station, roving units were deployed in key areas to ensure timely assistance throughout the event.

The intramurals concluded on October 9th, celebrating and cultivating sportsmanship, teamwork, and camaraderie among KSUans.

On October 3, 2026, the Tabuk Multipurpose Cooperative (TAMPCO) partnered with the Philippine Red Cross - Kalinga Chapter (PRC Kalinga) for a Health Caravan as part of the cooperative's Elder Appreciation Day.

The caravan offered free basic medicines, medical consultations, blood pressure checks, random blood sugar (RBS) tests, and information, education, and communication (IEC) on dengue and leptospirosis.

On October 3, 2026, the Tabuk Multipurpose Cooperative (TAMPCO) partnered with the Philippine Red Cross - Kalinga Chapter (PRC Kalinga) for a Health Caravan as part of the cooperative's Elder Appreciation Day.

As part of the MedTech Week celebration, the International School of Asia and the Pacific-Kalinga (ISAP-K), through its Red Cross Youth Council of International School of Asia and the Pacific - Kalinga Campus, hosted a blood donation drive in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross - Kalinga Chapter.

The activity was held under the Pledge 25 initiative, a Philippine Red Cross program that encourages regular and voluntary blood donation among young people aged 16 to 25.

The blood drive also served as the kick-off activity for the Red Cross Youth Month Celebration, carrying the theme, “Red Cross Youth in Action: Ready to LEAD. Ready to SERVE. Ready to RESPONSE.”
