Aimed to address the growing need in the Province for sustainable and inclusive platforms that promote discourse on social, political, and developmental issues, particularly among the youth sector, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Bulanao Norte and Kalinga State Univeristy, specifically the organizations of the Central Student Government (CSG), the Supreme Student Council (SSC) of Bulanao Campus, the Earthline Publication, the Rotaract Club of Kalinga, and the Sustainable Development Goals Organization, officially conducted the Memorandum of Agreement signing for future collaborative projects centered on providing a province-wide venue for cultivating informed opinions, respectful dialogues, and youth leadership grounded on civic awareness and critical thinking, such as the Tree Growing Activity, Seminar on Waste Management, and the Literacy Workshop.
Said signing was made at the Office of the University President, Dr. Joy Grace P. Doctor, along with the presence of the Director of Student Services and Placement Services, Ronald B. Bulwayan, the SDS Chairperson of Bulanao, Leimar C. Taganguin, the SK Bulanao Norte Chairman, Hon. Marion Tombaga, the CSG President and SSC Bulanao President, Israel A. Lacsa, the Editor-in-Chief of The Earthline, Hannah Rose A. Gansori, the Rotaract Club of Kalinga President, Estrella Daodawon, the SDGO President, Fortlamy A. Talledo, and was attended to by SK Norte Kagawad Joseph Gaayon, CSG Secretary, Desiree Mainga and SSC Bulanao Senator, Raymart Agustin, yesterday, August 27.
