The final day focused on Microsoft PowerPoint equipped participants to craft impactful presentations, while using the remaining hours to complete hands-on exercises in Microsoft Word and Excel.

To mark the end of the journey, a closing program was officially concluded for the Digital Literacy Training in MS Productivity Tools (Batch 4), held under the GAD-funded initiative "Inclusive Career Building for Employees." We were deeply honored to welcome former city councilor ๐‘๐š๐ฎ๐ฅ ๐‘๐จ๐ข ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ž๐ฃ๐จ๐ง, representative of City Mayor Hon. Reynaldo B. Bragais, who imparted insightful speech and inspirational words that motivated our active participants to continue strengthening their digital skills and building practical administrative tools to excel in todayโ€™s tech-driven workplace.

The Tabaco City Library and Information Center has successfully implemented four batches of this program for LGU employees and local workers. We are proud to kick off the fourth and final batch of our 4-day Digital Literacy Training under the Inclusive Career Building for Employees (GAD-Funded Program) yesterday, July 27, 2026. This initiative aims to continually empower our workforce with essential technical skills for professional growth and inclusive development.

Through the GAD Program "๐‘ฐ๐’๐’„๐’๐’–๐’”๐’Š๐’—๐’† ๐‘ช๐’‚๐’“๐’†๐’†๐’“ ๐‘ฉ๐’–๐’Š๐’๐’…๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ ๐’‡๐’๐’“ ๐‘ฌ๐’Ž๐’‘๐’๐’๐’š๐’†๐’†๐’”," the Tabaco City Library and Information Center, thru the Tech4ED Digital Transformation Center (DTC), is helping our Sangguniang Panglungsod staff master the essentials in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

We have officially reached the halfway mark of this four-batch program! We are excited to see how these new skills will streamline office operations and help our team serve the community even better.

Empowering Our Workforce through Digital Excellence!

The GAD Program "Inclusive Career Building for Employees" successfully concluded its first batch of Digital Literacy Training today!

Participants wrapped up four intensive days of mastering Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

A huge thank you to City Administrator Amelia B. Ilagan for joining us on behalf of Mayor Reynaldo B. Bragais. Her inspiring words reminded us all that continuous learning is the key to an inclusive and efficient workplace.

This is only the beginning! With three more batches to go, we are committed to fostering ICT literacy and competency across all LGU departments. ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ’ป๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ’ป
