Ideas heard, lessons learned! 💡✨

Today, the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗜𝗣𝗠𝗗) successfully held 𝗜𝗣 𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗕𝗨 at the 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺, 𝗕𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗼 — a seminar that brought our 2nd Year BS Entrepreneurship students closer to understanding intellectual property, protecting their creative works, and responsibly building on existing ideas. 🛡️

After all, 𝙞𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙝 𝙘𝙤𝙥𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙞𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙝 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜. And today, our future entrepreneurs learned exactly how to do that.

With a background in Fine Arts and Industrial Design, Prof. Azores specializes in design and product development. A Registered Chemical Technician and Safety Officer, Prof. Esquivel brings hands-on experience in laboratory work, compliance, and industry practice. Prof. Azotea's expertise in Food Science centers on food innovation and technology. The BU Tabaco Young Entrepreneurs Society invites all 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗕𝗦 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 to a full-day capability-building seminar on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 – 𝟱:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗼 𝗟𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹.

This activity is a required component of 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝟮-𝗗 (𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝟮) and aims to expose students to the technologies and facilities in the province that can support product development, innovation, and entrepreneurial growth.

Each session will be followed by an open forum for questions and discussion, and the day closes with a certificate award for all participants. 🎓

To The BU Tabaco Community,

As your CSASC, I am deeply honored to announce the successful conclusion of the 2026 USC and CSC Elections. Through our collective effort, we achieved a remarkable 95.64% voter turnout. With 1,470 out of 1,537 students casting their votes, our college now stands as the 4th highest in participation across the entire university.

This milestone was made possible by the tireless efforts of our DBO and CBO student leaders, with special gratitude to their Presidents, Secretaries, and Advisers, as well as the unwavering support of our Faculty, Department Heads, and our College Dean. Most importantly, this achievement belongs to you, our dear BU Tabaco students. Your cooperation was the vital spark that made this possible.

A special recognition also to the College Electoral Board. Their diligent, hour-by-hour monitoring and strategic coordination were instrumental in mobilizing our student body so effectively.
