As our Student Committee Moderator, thank you for being someone we can always come to for guidance, comfort, and support. You have been an important part of our journey as student leaders, especially in keeping us updated and making sure we are guided before taking our plans forward. Whenever we come to you with concerns, you never fail to listen, give us advice, and remind us that everything will be okay. Your dedication, patience and understanding have greatly served as an example to us. Besides being our moderator, you have also been like a mother to us in the Student Committee whom we have always felt comfortable to approach and depend on. Through you, we have learned more about leadership, service, and being responsible while still making time for the people around us.

Today, we celebrate the blessed woman who humbly accepted God’s call to become the Mother of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Through your “fiat,” you surrendered yourself completely to God’s will and became a beautiful example of faith, courage, and unwavering trust.

The OLCA community will continue and will forever believe in your loving intercession. May we always look to you as a mother who gently leads us toward Jesus, especially when we are afraid, weary, or uncertain of what tomorrow may bring.

Tomorrow marks the start of our End-Term Examinations! Before the late-night reviews, the quiet prayers, and the moment we finally put our pencils down—take a deep breath. You’ve made it this far, and that already means something.

Tonight, review what you can, prepare your things, get enough rest, and most importantly, 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳. You don’t have to know everything perfectly. Just give what you can, with honesty, patience, and faith.
