We are beyond thrilled to announce that our very own SSLG President, Wilfredo Jr. E. Semacio, has been named a Finalist for the prestigious Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA)!

This isn't just a personal winโ€”itโ€™s a historic milestone for our school. This year marks the very first time the Balite NHS Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) has applied for this award, and Wilfredo has already set the bar incredibly high by being a finalist.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to the Rotary Club of Surigao for providing this platform to recognize, empower, and hone the service of young Surigaonon leaders.

IN PHOTOS | Anao-aon District Secondary Student-Led Organization Presidents (SSLG, BKB & UES-O) during the Oath-Taking Ceremony right after the Division Federation Elections last March 12, 2026 at RSY Jerusalem Hall.

Our Balite NHS student-leaders, Mr. Cliford S. Dahang and Mr. Jamiel Fred E. Salibay were both elected as Protocol Officers for DFSSLG and DFBKB respectively while Mr. Jaybez A. Soliano, of Jubgan IS was elected as Board Member of the DFYES-O.
