We are all saddened by the untimely passing of Hon. Dulmar Raagas (+) our colleague/fellow Consultant, former Vice Mayor of Malimono, Surigao del Norte.

His remains can be visited at Nilo Funeral Homes in Surigao City starting today Sunday afternoon, February 26. A Holy Mass will be offered at 7PM today.

Internment rites will be on March 2, 2023. A Holy Mass will be offered by 9am at the Surigao Memorial Park in Cagniog, Surigao City.

Kindly share this information especially to all the people whom he was able to touch-base with while he was still alive.
