Congratulations Surigao City Employees Association(SURCEMA)!
The Collective Negotiation Agreement(CNA) for CY2025-2027 between SURCEMA and the City Government of Surigao is now registered with the Civil Service Commission.
What are the privileges along with the Registered CNA?
a. LGU shall support all the SURCEMA-initiated programs, projects and activities
b. LGU-SC shall uphold the SURCEMA’s effort to undertake economic, social, cultural and sports programs, projects and/or activities that will benefit SURCEMA’ members and other employees
c. A yearly CNA cash incentive shall be given to all LGU-SC personnel upon declaration of savings by the LGU Management
d. Provide a total wellness program which includes spiritual, mental, emotional, physical, and social well-being of LGU-SC employees
e. LGU-SC shall also provide personnel assistance to employees in the form of land transport support during the interment service of the deceased member or within the 4th civil degree of consanguinity and affinity
f. LGU-SC shall also provide personnel assistance to employees in the form of land transport support to emergency situations wherein the employee’s health and life is at stake. Land Transport support includes the use of vehicles, fuel expenses, driving services and medical assistance (Health personnel) during the travel
g. In support to initiatives to uphold integrity and maintain professionalism, LGU-SC, with the support of SURCEMA, shall provide training programs and/or activities that will enhance the technical capacity of its employees
h. LGU-SC, thru the City Health Office, shall provide free annual medical and dental health check-up package to its members, health services such as:
1. Urinalysis
2. Stool Examination
3. Complete Blood Count (CBC)
4. Hepatitis B Test
5. Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS)
6. Cholesterol
7. Lipid Profile
8. Blood Uric Acid
9. Creatinine
10. Serum Glumatic Pyruvic Transminase (SGPT) Test
11. Serum Glumatic Oxaloacetic Transminase (SGOT) Test
12. Tooth Extraction
13. High Density Lipoprotein(HDL) Cholesterol Test
14. XRAY
15. Hemoglobin A1c (HBA1C) Test
16. Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) Test
i. LGU-SC shall provide a retirement incentive of 1,000 pesos per year of service to all permanent employees upon his retirement and said incentives shall be funded by the LGU-SC
