𝙏𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙄𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙖'𝙨 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮!

Ivana Bea Cartagena, 19, a student from BSES-1A, is currently confined at Caraga Regional Hospital due to a serious infection in her nervous system, which has now started to affect her left eye.

Her attending physician has advised her transfer to Butuan Doctors Hospital for further medical procedures, including an MRI and EEG, which are not available in Surigao.

The family is humbly seeking financial assistance to help cover her medical and transfer expenses. Any amount you can share will go a long way in supporting Ivana's healing and recovery.

Together, we can turn compassion into healing and give Ivana hope once more.

“𝙋𝙖𝙜𝙝𝙞𝙪𝙨𝙖 𝙨𝙖 𝙋𝙖𝙜𝙡𝙖𝙪𝙢: 𝘼 𝘾𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙃𝙚𝙡𝙥 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙚 𝙑𝙞𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙨”

On May 27, 2025, the PNVSCA-SNSU Chapter Officers and Members, in collaboration with the Philippine National Volunteers Service Coordinating Agency (PNVSCA) Officers, successfully conducted the "Paghiusa sa Paglaum" outreach program at Brgy. Washington, Riverside, Surigao City.

This crucial initiative provided immediate relief to families devastated by the recent fire. Under the guidance of our esteemed Advisors, Mr. Michael Yujoco and Mr. Edgardo Morales, the event effectively distributed essential relief goods, embodying the spirit of communal support in a time of urgent need.

The PNVSCA extends its gratitude to all individuals who generously contributed relief goods, highlighting the community's immense compassion and solidarity with the fire victims.

"Paghiusa sa Paglaum" served as a powerful reminder that unity and hope can flourish even in the face of adversity, reinforcing the resilience and strength of the Surigao City community in coming together to support one another.

The PNVSCA were profoundly moved by the NSTP Annual Graduation Ceremony held on May 24, 2025, at the Surigao del Norte State University Gymnasium!

The evident leadership of SNSU University President Dr. Rowena Plando, Campus Director Dr. Ronita Talingting, and NSTP Director Ireneo C. Plando truly set the tone for a remarkable event.

We extend our deepest appreciation to the NSTP Instructors for their dedication, and it was an honor to see our very own PNVSCA Officers receive awards of certification and medals, alongside our Active Volunteers, for their incredible commitment to volunteerism.

To all the graduates, congratulations! We are incredibly excited to witness the positive impact you'll undoubtedly make as you step into the future.

"Paghiusa sa Paglaum: A Call for Help for the Fire Victims" 📣

The SNSU-PNVSCA Chapter is initiating a donation drive, "Paghiusa sa Paglaum: A Call for Help for the Fire Victims," to provide immediate assistance to those affected by the recent fire incident in Brgy. Washington, Riverside, Surigao City, which occurred on May 14, 2025.

We encourage everyone, especially the NSTP students, to voluntarily contribute to this cause, as it aligns with the core values of the NSTP program, which aims to cultivate a sense of community service and volunteerism. Your generosity can make a significant difference in the lives of the fire victims as they begin to rebuild.

Please note that all contributions to this donation drive are entirely voluntary, and there is no obligation to participate.

We will begin collecting donations this Friday. 🥫🍶👕💰

HOHA! Maradjaw na Adlaw 🌤️

The Philippine National Volunteers Service Coordination Agency- SNSU CHAPTER have prompted an important agenda for this meeting, facilitated by our Adviser, Mr. Michael Yujoco. With the support of Mr. Edgardo Morales and the help of President, AL Lluna-Ann B Manlimos, along with our members, the meeting take place on April 25, 2025, Friday, at Mr. Yujoco's office in Surigao del Norte State University.

During this meeting, we discussed several key topics, including the Essence of volunteering, an overview of awards, organization Concept, office space usage, branding, and more.
