Today is a momentous occasion as we get to recall the significance of what the essence of Scouting truly is — a source of pride, a strong sense of identity, and a way of life.
The neckerchief is not simply a piece of clothing that is worn, but it also serves as a symbol of the unity that we share hand-in-hand with Scouts all over the globe.
As such, today, all Scouts and Scout Leaders of the Surigao del Norte Council are invited to celebrate this meaningful event by sharing their personal stories and pictures that reflect their passion and dedication to the Scouting Movement in their respective posts.
