𝐍𝐄𝐌𝐂𝐎 𝐂𝐂𝐉𝐄 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬

Driven by compassion and the desire to make a difference, the 𝑵𝑬𝑴𝑪𝑶 𝑪𝑪𝑱𝑬 𝑾𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏’𝒔 𝑪𝒍𝒖𝒃 successfully conducted an outreach program dedicated to bringing hope, joy, and encouragement to young learners under the guidance of Women’s Club adviser 𝑴𝒂’𝒂𝒎 𝑱𝒊𝒏𝒌𝒚 𝑴. 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒚, 𝑹𝑪𝒓𝒊𝒎, together with organization president 𝑴𝒔. 𝑱𝒂𝒏𝒆 𝑷𝒐𝒏𝒄𝒆 and 𝑺𝒊𝒓 𝑹𝒆𝒋𝒊𝒆 𝑹. 𝑨𝒃𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒐, 𝑹𝑪𝒓𝒊𝒎, 𝑴𝑪𝑱𝑬, one of the CCJE instructors, with the full support and leadership of 𝑫𝒓. 𝑬𝒅𝒘𝒊𝒏 𝑻. 𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒃𝒂, Dean of the College of Criminal Justice Education.

The first outreach activity was held at 𝑰𝒑𝒊𝒍 𝑬𝒍𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 in the Municipality of 𝑮𝒊𝒈𝒂𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒕, 𝑺𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒂𝒐 𝒅𝒆𝒍 𝑵𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒆, where school supplies and meaningful moments were shared with the students. The initiative continued in the 𝑴𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝑩𝒂𝒄𝒖𝒂𝒈, warmly welcomed and supported by 𝑯𝒐𝒏. 𝑻𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒆 𝑱𝒆𝒂𝒏 𝑵𝒂𝒌𝒂𝒐, Municipal Mayor of Bacuag.

This initiative stands as a testament that service is not measured by the badge we wear, but by the lives we touch and the hope we inspire.

A mother’s love is the quiet force that holds everything together — gentle yet unbreakable, soft yet endlessly strong. It is found in every sacrifice she never announces, in every sleepless night she endures, and in every smile she gives even when she is tired. Mothers carry the weight of their families with a grace that often goes unnoticed, yet their love shapes who we become, teaches us how to care, and gives us strength even in our weakest moments. There is no love more patient, more selfless, or more enduring than a mother’s love — it remains constant through every season of life.

This Mother’s Day, we honor the women who gave everything without asking for anything in return. To every mother who cried silently, prayed endlessly, and loved fiercely even when it hurt — thank you. Your love is the home we always return to, the comfort we always seek, and the reason we know what true compassion feels like. May you always be reminded that you are seen, valued, and deeply loved, not just today, but in every heartbeat of our lives.
