In respect to the faith and religious practice of our Seventh-day Adventist students, we are providing Saturday Class Excuse Letters for those who observe the Sabbath from Friday sunset to Saturday sunset.

We believe faith and learning can grow together. By honoring your spiritual commitments, we affirm our commitment to holistic education — one that respects both mind and spirit.

𝐋𝐄𝐆𝐀𝐋 𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐒
𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐈𝐈, 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟓 — 𝟏𝟗𝟖𝟕 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
No law shall be made respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof… The free exercise and enjoyment of religious profession and worship, without discrimination or preference, shall forever be allowed.

Students and personnel belonging to any religious group whose day of rest is Saturday shall not be required to attend school activities, seminars, or classes on that day.

HEIs shall excuse students from attendance if the schedule conflicts with their religious obligations.

3. Attach supporting documents (if required) — e.g., letter, memorandum, or membership proof from your church.
4. Submit directly to the teacher/professor or 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 that requires your attendance, so they can officially excuse you before their given deadline date.
5. Ensure that the letter is received by the concerned individual.

The MAS-AMICUS SCSC Chapter joyfully held its Induction Ceremony for the newly elected officers, headed by Pr. Elicio Bornales – Surallah District 1 Pastor.

The event also featured an inspiring Officers’ Orientation and General Orientation led by Bro. Zyle Cantago, SDAYS President, and Sis. Blessed Grace Oftana, SDAYS Vice President for Religious – MAS AMICUS MSU Chapter.

💡 With renewed commitment and faith, we are ready to serve with purpose, shine with passion, and glorify God in every endeavor.

Today, we celebrate the life of a true father, mentor, and inspiration to the Mas Amicus - SCSC Chapter. Your unwavering support, along with the loving guidance of your wife, Ma’am Mae, our dedicated adviser, has been a strong foundation for us in our journey of faith and service.
