Sa bawat salita, may kuwentong nais iparating. Sa bawat sining, may kulturang nais buhayin. Sa bawat pagpapahayag, may tinig na nag-uugnay sa atin sa ating pagkakakilanlan at pinagmulan.

Sa darating na Agosto 27–28, 2026, tunghayan natin ang makulay na pagdiriwang ng 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 sa Sultan Kudarat Islamic Academy!

Kasabay nito ang pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika—isang pagkakataon upang higit nating pahalagahan ang wikang Filipino, ang ating kultura, at ang mga kuwentong nag-uugnay sa atin sa ating pinagmulan.

Sa taong ito, ating isinasabuhay ang temang:

Sa pag-usbong ng makabagong teknolohiya, nananatiling mahalaga ang wikang Filipino bilang daluyan ng kaalaman at paraan ng pagpapahayag. Sa pamamagitan ng Communication Arts, pagsasama-samahin natin ang wika, sining, at malikhaing pagpapahayag upang higit na maunawaan, maipahayag, at maipasa ang mga kuwentong nag-uugnay sa atin sa ating kultura at pinagmulan.

Dahil ang komunikasyon ay hindi lamang tungkol sa pagsasalita. Ito ay tungkol sa pagpapahayag ng ideya, pagbabahagi ng kuwento, at pagpapanatili ng ating pagkakakilanlan.

In light of recent safety concerns affecting schools and educational institutions, the SKIA Student Body Organization (SKIA-SBO) reminds all SKIAns to remain vigilant and cooperate with the school’s safety and security measures.

To ensure a safe and secure learning environment, all students, faculty, staff, and visitors are advised to observe the following campus safety protocols:

📌 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗨𝗦 𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗘𝗧𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦

• Always wear your SKIA ID while inside the campus.
• Be prepared to cooperate with bag inspections upon entering the school premises.
• Keep your bags accessible and ready for inspection.
• Fi****ms, ammunition, knives, sharp objects, and other items that may cause harm are strictly prohibited.
• Immediately report suspicious activities, persons, or unattended bags to security personnel or school authorities.
• Follow the instructions of security personnel, teachers, and school officials at all times.
• Arrive early to allow enough time for security checks and entry procedures.
• Avoid sharing unverified information that may cause unnecessary fear or confusion.

We ask for everyone's cooperation, patience, and vigilance as we continue to uphold a safe, peaceful, and conducive learning environment. Small acts of awareness and responsibility can make a meaningful difference in keeping our school community safe.

Before you begin, remember to make du’a and put your trust in Allah:

رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي، وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي، وَاحْلُلْ عُقْدَةً مِنْ لِسَانِي، يَفْقَهُوا قَوْلِي
“Rabbi ishrah lee sadree, wa yassir lee amree, wahlul ‘uqdatan min lisanee, yafqahoo qawlee.”

May Allah grant you ease, understanding, wisdom, and a calm heart as you take your examinations. May your preparation and hard work be rewarded with good results. Allahumma Ameen. 🤲💚

The Sultan Kudarat Islamic Academy (SKIA) successfully conducted its Joint Leadership Training 2026 on August 6, bringing together student leaders from the Elementary Annex, Junior High School, Senior High School, and College departments for a meaningful day of learning, leadership development, and fellowship.

The training provided participants with an avenue to deepen their understanding of effective leadership through the insights and experiences shared by SKIA President Datu Ismael V. Mastura and Nuling National High School Head Edris B. Mastura. Their discussions highlighted the responsibilities that come with leadership and the importance of serving others with purpose, integrity, and commitment.

Beyond the learning sessions, the gathering also encouraged student leaders to strengthen their relationships through interactive team-building activities. Representatives from the different departments worked together in various challenges that tested their cooperation, communication, and ability to work as one team.

The event emphasized that leadership goes beyond holding a position—it is demonstrated through responsibility, service, unity, and the willingness to work with others toward a common goal. Through initiatives such as this, SKIA continues to empower its student leaders to become capable, responsible, and purposeful members of the school community.

On July 30, 2026, the Sultan Kudarat Islamic Academy (SKIA) conducted a Dental and Deworming Lecture as part of its commitment to promoting health awareness and wellness among students.

The lecture provided valuable information about the importance of proper oral hygiene, maintaining good dental practices, and understanding the significance of regular deworming in supporting overall health. Through this initiative, SKIAns were encouraged to develop healthy habits and become more mindful of their personal well-being.

This meaningful activity reflects SKIA’s continuous effort to nurture not only the academic growth of learners but also their health, safety, and holistic development.
