𝘿𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙞𝙎𝙆𝙬𝙖𝙙𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨,

Maraming salamat sa mga kabanatang kayo ay nakibahagi. Hangad namin na bago ang pagtatapos ng taong 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, muli ay bigyang-pugay natin ang 𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙗𝙖𝙜𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙠𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙖 na para sa lahat ng mga kabataang may paninindigan. Kabanatang para sa lahat ng mga kabataang may mabuting hangarin para sa bayan.

Sa huling pagkakataon, sama-sama nating buksan ang natitirang mga huling pahina—ang pagtupad sa bukod-tanging 𝐇𝐈𝐑𝐀𝐘𝐀 ng bawat kabataan at mamamayan.

We, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Bigbiga, Sudipen, La Union, believe that true leadership is built on transparency, good governance, and integrity.

We aim to show that the resources entrusted to the youth are being used wisely, honestly, and solely for the benefit of every young person in our community. This also reflects that each plan and program has undergone careful consultation, review, and planning to ensure a meaningful, timely, and inclusive implementation.
