Mapúa University celebrated over 100 years worth of achievers and topnotchers in a Testimonial Dinner held last January 21, at the Intramuros Campus Gymnasium.

During the event, MU President and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Dodjie S. Maestrecampo delivered his opening remarks, followed by the presentation of awards, testimonial, and reflections. To cap off the night, National Association of Mapúa Alumni - NAMA and Foundation of Outstanding Mapúans, Inc. also gave their special message.

💛 A Day of Giving, A Lifetime of Impact 💛

Last January 29, 2025, the FOMI-MapuaWorld Outreach Project brought light, hope, and joy to two incredible shelters: Bukid Kabataan (BK) in Gen. Trias, Cavite and Little Angel’s Home, Inc. (LAHI) in Mendez, Cavite.

At Bukid Kabataan, a refuge for young girls who have been victims of physical, sexual, and mental abuse, we were blessed to share love and support. Our total love offering of P153,020 was distributed as follows:
💰 Cash: P72,000
💳 Checks: P70,000
💵 US Dollars: 190.00

Additional donations included:
🎁 Toys, board games, and goodies from Engr. Rosalyn Tandoc (US)
🍚 175 kg of rice from Engrs. Jaime F. Cancio & Rod C. Silvestre

At Little Angel’s Home, Inc., a haven for orphans and less fortunate children, we continued our mission of spreading kindness. Our total love offering of P172,200 was distributed as follows:
💰 Cash: P93,500
💳 Checks: P60,000
💵 US Dollars: 150.00

Additional donations included:
🎁 Toys, candies, and goodies from Engr. Rosalyn Tandoc (US)
🍚 175 kg of rice from Engrs. Jaime F. Cancio & Rod C. Silvestre

After a fulfilling day of outreach, our fellow Mapúans gathered for a sumptuous and FREE buffet lunch at Taal Vista’s "Veranda", graciously sponsored by FOMI & DOE USec Engr. Donato Marcos, EM’85.

Special thanks to Engr. George Ong-Tan for the delicious Buko Pie and Chicharon merienda at LAHI after the outreach projects. 🍰✨
