Kabalikat Civicom Subic 64 Chapter - Zambales Provincial Council joins the nation in the observance of National Fire Prevention Month last March 1, 2026 as kick-off celebration. This activity was initiated by the BFP R3 Subic Fire Station it was participated by the Kabalkat operatives together with Subic Municipal Police Station, Subic Public Order and Safety Office, Engine 8 Trucks and Services, Subic Traffic Management Bureau and Walter Mart Subic.

National Fire Prevention Month in the Philippines is observed every March, mandated by Presidential Proclamation No. 115-A to raise awareness about fire safety, particularly during the onset of the hot, dry season when fire incidents spike. Led by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), it focuses on education and prevention to prevent loss of lives and property.

Kabalikat Civicom Subic 64 Chapter - Zambales Provincial Council attended the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council Meeting for the upcoming Oplan Ligtas SUMVAC 2026 last March 24 at Subic Public Order and Safety Office Conference Hall. This meeting were convened to ensure the coordinated emergency response and public safety during the upcoming Holy Week.
Incident Management Team were introduced by Municipal DRRM Officer Sir Danilo B. Macamay Jr., KB64-301. Contingency plan and inter-agency communication protocols were reiterated and allocated resources and personnel per cluster during the period of operation. KB64 Chapter were represented by KB64-36 Emmanuel D. Dumasig - Provincial Charmain, KB64-89 Maria Kristina G. Neal - Chapter President and KB64-78 Jenny Clair A. Frasdilla - Executive Vice President.
The following agency and personnel were present during the meeting: DILG Subic, MPS, BFP R3 Subic Fire Station, Philippine Coast Guard, Philippine Army, Municipal Health Office- Subic, Mun. Tourism Office, SPOSO (Fire Rescue, TMB), CSOs, and All Barangay DRRM Council.

Kabalikat Civicom Subic 64 Chapter - Zambales Provincial Council attended the Joint Organizational Meeting as a member of Local Peace & Order and Public Safety Cluster (MPOC, ELCAC-TF, MADAC & MDRRMC) held last March 16, 2026 - 1300H at Subic Sangguniang Bayan Hall spearheaded by our Hon. Mayor Jonathan John F. Khonghun as chairperson.

Regular meeting of Kabalikat Civicom Subic 64 Chapter - Zambales Provincial Council was buzzing with purpose and passion held last March 20, 2026! 💥

From planning our participation to the Oplan Ligtas SUMVAC of LGU Subic (Public & Motorist Assistance Desk) and ensuring the Safety & Security of the devotee are ready for the upcoming Holy Week Processions, every detail matters.

We also planned to recognized and give awards to the inspiring journey of our KB Junior - future changemakers finishing the school year with flying colors! 🎓

Election of the new set of officers were conducted after the other matters were discussed at the end of the meeting. This is what teamwork looks like: dedicated hearts, clear goals, and unstoppable energy. 💙

OPLAN SUMVAC 2026 Ready!

Oplan SUMVAC is a nationwide initiative in the Philippines aimed at ensuring the safety and security of travelers and tourists during the summer and Lenten seasons. It involves the activation of heightened security measures, increased police presence, and coordination with various government agencies and, Civil Society Organizations, volunteer groups to provide assistance to the public.
