The excitement is building as we gear up for the 78th Multiple District 301 Lions State Convention!

Mark your calendars for May 20–22, 2027, as Lions from across the Philippines gather in Davao City to celebrate our shared commitment to SERVICE, MEMBERSHIP, and LEADERSHIP!

With the leadership of CC Atty. Mart B. Maandig, 3PMJF, and the dedicated support of IPDG Johnny Te, 27PMJF, MD Convention Chairman, we look forward to a meaningful and unforgettable convention filled with fellowship, unity, inspiration, and renewed dedication to our mission of service.

A Meaningful Sunday of Hope, Compassion, and Service
A meaningful Sunday indeed!

September 27, 2026 became more than just a scheduled District Governor’s Visit in Roxas City. It became a day of compassion, hope, and a shared commitment to making a difference in the lives of children and families battling cancer.

The Capiz Lioness Lions Club and Capiz Lions Club came together to commemorate Childhood Cancer Awareness Month at the Roxas Memorial Provincial Hospital, bringing awareness, support, and encouragement to pediatric cancer patients and their families. The activity carried a powerful message: Hope • Support • Stronger Together. 🎗️

The event was graced by District Governor Domingo Oso Jr., 27 PMJF, and his team, who joined the clubs not only in their scheduled Governor’s Visit but also in witnessing a meaningful milestone for pediatric cancer care in Capiz.

The visit also included a site inspection of the future LCI D301-B1 “Gugma Para sa Capiz Cancer Treatment Center”, a Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF) Pediatric Cancer Matching Grant Project in partnership with District 301-B1 Lions Clubs. With construction underway and targeted for completion in December 2026, this center represents more than a building, it represents a promise of better care, greater hope, and a brighter future for children battling cancer. 🏥💛

From raising awareness today to building a facility for tomorrow, the Lions of Capiz continue to show what service can accomplish when hearts and hands come together.

✨ TWO DAYS OF LEARNING, LEADERSHIP, AND FELLOWSHIP! 🤠

The past two days at Mallberry Suites Business Hotel, Cagayan de Oro have been filled with meaningful learning, inspiring connections, and unforgettable moments for our Emerging Lions Leadership Institute (ELLI) and Regional Lions Leadership Institute (RLLI) participants from MD 301 Philippines! 🇵🇭🦁

From the moment we welcomed our participants from the different districts of MD 301, the atmosphere was filled with excitement and anticipation. The training kicked off with engaging leadership sessions designed to strengthen their skills, broaden their perspectives, and prepare them for the responsibilities and opportunities that await them as future Lion leaders.

One of the highlights has been witnessing our District 301-B1 Lions actively participating, enthusiastically engaging in the seminar sessions, and confidently sharing their ideas, talents, and experiences. Their energy, teamwork, and willingness to contribute have truly been inspiring! Seeing them learn, collaborate, and bring something valuable to the group reminds us that leadership is not just about holding a position, it is about showing up, sharing what we know, and making a difference together. Proud to see our B1 Lions making their presence felt! 💙💛🦁

But leadership is not only about learning inside the training room, it is also about building friendships, creating connections, and enjoying the journey together. 🤝❤️

And what better way to celebrate the second night than with a WILD WILD WEST FELLOWSHIP NIGHT! 🤠🐎

Dressed in their best Western-inspired outfits, our Lions came together to laugh, dance, have fun, and get to know one another beyond their positions and districts. It was a night filled with unforgettable memories, genuine camaraderie, and the beautiful spirit of We Serve.

Tomorrow marks the final day of this three-day leadership journey. May everyone leave this institute not only with new knowledge and skills, but also with renewed confidence, stronger friendships, and a deeper commitment to serve and lead.

To all our ELLI and RLLI participants. Enjoy every remaining moment, embrace every lesson, and carry this experience with you as you continue your journey as Lion leaders.

Two days down, one more day to go! Here's to learning, leading, serving, and creating memories together!
