📢 PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT: STRICT "NO SEGREGATION, NO COLLECTION POLICY"

In compliance with Republic Act 9003 (Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000) and Barangay Ordinance No. 2 of 2015, we are strictly implementing the NO SEGREGATION, NO COLLECTION policy effective tomorrow, July 16, 2026.

HOW TO SEGREGATE PROPERLY:
🟢 BIODEGRADABLE WASTE
Food scraps, fruit/veggie peels, fish/meat bones, garden trimmings, dried leaves, soiled paper

🔵 NON-BIODEGRADABLE WASTE
Plastic bags, cups, wrappers, styrofoam
🟡 RECYCLABLE WASTE
Clean plastics, bottles, cans, papers, cardboard boxes, glass, metal items

🔴 SPECIAL WASTE
Sanitary napkins, diapers, broken ceramics, batteries, bulbs, paints, chemicals – place these separately

✅ WE WILL COLLECT ONLY (FOR NOW):
✅ Non-biodegradable ✅Recyclable waste
✅ Special waste (hazardous, e-waste, etc.)

📌Properly sorted and separated as required

❌ WE WILL NOT COLLECT:
❌ Mixed / unsorted waste
❌ Waste dumped outside scheduled collection times
❌ Waste left in unapproved areas

📌 Do not leave waste unattended or outside your gate before collection time

Help us keep our barangay clean and safe for everyone. Segregation starts at home!

Ayon sa NGCP, ang 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘁 ay idinedeklara kapag hindi sapat ang suplay ng kuryente upang matugunan ang demand ng mga consumer at ang regulating requirement ng transmission grid.

Samantala, ang 𝗬𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘁 ay inilalabas kapag kulang ang operating margin upang matugunan ang contingency requirement ng transmission grid.

Pinapayuhan ang publiko na magtipid sa paggamit ng kuryente, lalo na sa oras ng mataas na demand, upang makatulong sa pagpapanatili ng sapat na suplay ng kuryente sa Luzon.

Brgy. Sto. Tomas Health Workers will be at the guard house (Sta.Monica Subd.) on January 30, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM to provide the following services:

●Weighing of children: ages 0–5 years old

●Deworming: ages 1–19 years old

●Vitamin A supplementation: 6 months old and above
