On July 4 2019, IRENEO I. SOLIMAN (“Dhey” as we call him) along with his friends encountered a vehicular accident (motorcycle collision with another motorcycle) along 20th street near at the Choas Supermarket, Olongapo City. All his friends and the passengers of other motorcycle survived with only minor bruises, scratches and concussions. Only Dhey suffered the most and was brought immediately to James Gordon Memorial Hospital (JGMH). He incurred injuries mainly to his head and was immediately brought to the OR for operations. The doctor said that it would be a miracle if he survived, and if he survive he will be in a vegetative state. Through our prayers, he survived the operation but still in comatose as of this time. With GC score of 4, Dhey is still fighting for his life.
As of the time being, Dhey is still in the ICU (more than a month now) and has overcome 3 operations. Thankfully, his GC Score increased to 7, but his medical bill is now ballooning in almost a million pesos. And still increases as time goes by.
