Yesterday, October 9, 2024, our very own Binibining Sta. Monica 2024, Rosebie Ann Bacatan, had the honor of attending the State of the Municipality Address (SOMA) during the 110th regular session of the Sangguniang Bayan.

During the speech of our Municipal Mayor Arwela Dolar, she passionately highlighted her programs aimed at empowering the youth in our community. One program that stood out was the Binibining Sta. Monica pageant. This initiative is not just about beauty; it’s about empowerment, self-expression, and leadership for young women in our town.

Our very own Bb. Sta. Monica Eco-Tourism 2023, Ehtel Mel M. Escobal just slayed the competition once again and bagged the title of Miss Pacifico 2024 2nd Runner up!

Congratulations on your well-deserved victory, Ehtel! You have made us all proud again and we can't wait to see what other titles you'll sn**ch in the future! 🤩

Our Binibining Sta. Monica 2024, Rosebie-Ann S. Bacatan paid a courtesy call visit yesterday, Wednesday, September 4, 2024 to the Municipal Mayor Arwela Dolar, as well as to the Members of Sangguniang Bayan headed by the Municipal Vice Mayor Hon. Fernando N. Dolar during their 105th regular session.

During the visit, Bb. Rosebie-Ann expressed her gratitude and briefly discussed her advocacy campaign and how she plans to contribute to the community. This kind of collaboration between local leaders and community representatives can lead to positive change and improvements in the community.
