𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: Today, March 8, 2026, Kabataang FPOP Sorsogon Chairperson Mx. Erickson Hernan actively participated in the 𝐊𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐏𝐎𝐏 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐜𝐲 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 via Zoom. 💬

The consultation gathered insights from youth advocates across different chapters to strengthen the national advocacy direction under the Youth CSE Opportunity Grant. Through this dialogue, participants shared current advocacy practices, communications and narrative strategies, challenges encountered in the field, and key capacity needs to further empower youth-led initiatives.

This meaningful exchange also highlighted best practices that can be scaled nationally, ensuring that youth voices continue to shape stronger, more responsive, and impactful advocacy for comprehensive sexuality education and youth development. ✊🌈

The second and final day of the 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 (𝗧𝗼𝗧) 𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝘅𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, in collaboration with the 𝗝𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, was successfully conducted on 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟮–𝟭𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, at the Juban Municipal Population Office.

Building on the foundational topics from Day 1, the final day focused on deepening knowledge, strengthening advocacy, and enhancing the practical teaching skills of the participants.

These sessions equipped the newly certified 𝟭𝟰 𝗖𝗦𝗘 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 with essential knowledge and practical skills, empowering them to become informed, responsible, and proactive advocates of Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) in their schools and communities.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to 𝗠𝗮’𝗮𝗺 𝗟𝗶𝘇𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗵 𝗛. 𝐀 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞: 𝐊𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐏𝐎𝐏 𝐒𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐠𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐨𝐫𝐒𝐔 𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐏 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐂𝐇 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡

Kabataang FPOP Sorsogon proudly joins Sorsogon State University (SorSU) in the MOA Signing Ceremony for the Launching of NSTP REACH (Responsive Engagement and Action for Community Hope).

Held on November 27, 2025, at Sorsogon State University–Sorsogon City Campus, this partnership strengthens our shared mission of empowering communities and fostering youth-led civic engagement.

The program was led by Prof. Mary Rose B. Lacdang, Director of SorSU-NSTP, together with SUC President III, Dr. Geraldine F. De Jesus, and Vice President for Academic Affairs Jhonner Ricafort. Project overviews were also presented by Mr. Richard G. Rabulan, Mr. Al M. Alcantara, Mr. Emer F. Espano, and Mr. Christian G. Fugen.

The ceremony gathered campus directors, SorSU officials and personnel, partner communities from Bulan, Castilla, Magallanes, and Sorsogon City, as well as partner schools, institutions, agencies, and organizations.

Together, we commit to creating responsive, sustainable, and hope-driven initiatives for the people of Sorsogon. 💙🤝
