Congratulations to our very own B-CRCYC Adviser, Sir Paolo G. Guela!

Honored with Special Recognition by the Bureau of Fire Protection during its 35th Anniversary Celebration for his bravery, readiness, and compassion.

Last July 24, 2026, Sir Paolo immediately gave first aid to a vehicular accident victim in Bulan. As a certified first aider and active volunteer of Philippine Red Cross Sorsogon Chapter, he truly lived the Red Cross motto: "Always First, Always Ready, Always There." ⛑️💗

Your dedication proves that service is not measured by titles, but by action. You inspire all of us in Bulan Community RCY to serve with heart.

On 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, The 𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐧 - 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 with 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐒𝐔-𝐁𝐂 gathered at SorSU BC – Social Hall for the Emergency First Aid Training (EFAT). This empowering program equipped participants with vital life-saving skills, preparing them to respond quickly and effectively in real emergencies.

Organized by the SorSU Health Services Unit and the College Red Cross Youth Council – Bulan Campus, in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross – Sorsogon Chapter, this initiative strengthens our community’s readiness and resilience.
