On December 13, 2025, the BSIT Program – Student Volunteers for Social Actions (SVSA) successfully held Pasko ng Pag-asa 2025 in Brgy. Lactawan, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya. 🎄✨ With the theme “Click ng Pag-asa, Download ng Pagmamahal: A Christmas of Hope and Love,” the activity became a meaningful space for spiritual reflection, joyful celebration, and heartfelt service to the community, especially for families recovering from the recent typhoon.
The program formally began with a prayer led by Princes Norielle C. Graganta, followed by the National Anthem led by Marielle Joy C. Gulpani, setting a solemn and respectful tone for the event. An inspiring Opening Remarks was delivered by Hon. Sherwin E. Vicente, who warmly welcomed everyone and expressed appreciation for the initiative that brought hope and joy to the barangay. This was followed by a heartfelt message from Ma’am Prosperita Marites A. Matterig, ACCESS Director, who shared words of faith, encouragement, and resilience, reminding everyone that unity and compassion are essential in overcoming life’s challenges.
The celebration then shifted to a more lively and energetic atmosphere as participants joined the Zumba session led by the SVSA-IT Officers, filling the venue with smiles, laughter, and positive energy. Fun-filled games such as Hep Hep Hooray, Stop Dance, Trip to Jerusalem, Bring Me, and Message Relay were also played, bringing excitement to children and adults alike. These activities strengthened bonds within the community and created moments of joy that truly captured the spirit of Christmas.
The program was made even more meaningful through heartfelt interactions, shared laughter, and the giving of gifts—simple yet powerful reminders that love and kindness can heal and uplift. Pasko ng Pag-asa 2025 stands as a testament that through unity, compassion, and faith, communities can rise stronger together. May this celebration continue to inspire us to always choose service, hope, and love, not only during Christmas but every day.
