VISION

We, the R2LPAI, made of multiple interesting identities envision a stronger community that is inclusive, respectful and values the diverse perspective of all group by promoting emotional wellness and friendly environment that is conducive to all. To reach out LGBT community from different provinces of Region 2 particularly from Isabela, Quirino, Batanes, Cagayan and Nueva Vizcaya

To build a community in the entire Region 2 that is aware of the different sexualities and gender orientations while helping them improve their quality of lives, explore their capabilities and actively participate in various activities that are beneficial to both members and non-members of the organization. To empower members of the organization by encouraging them to be proactive and let them realize that they can make a difference. To be on the frontline, especially in Region 2, in dealing with society's needs when it comes to healthcare and wellness. To build a strong, supportive and visible Le***an Plus community in Region 2

2. To raise awareness and educate the public on gender equality and rights

3. To advocate activities that will help the society address their issues and concerns.

4. To generate public support including financial growth at the same time, giving back to the community in any means affordable and feasible.

5. Organizing activities that are profitable to the community through collaboration with different NGO's and Government agencies
