1. A Proposed Ordinance institutionalizing the recognition of latin and exemplary honors of College graduates of Barangay Pilar D. Galima from any recognized Higher Educational Institution , providing funds therefore, and for other purposes.

2. A Proposed Ordinance Mandatory requiring all households in Barangay Pilar D. Galima, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya to install sanitary toilet facilities and implementing a zero open defecation (ZOD) policy and providing penalties for violation.
