Project Arapaap is a volunteer-led organization that aims to cushion the repercussion of the current "new normal" in education on vulnerable communities by encouraging safe and responsible community-based learning. Project Arapaap was formed out of its volunteers' collective advocacy for every child's right to safe, accessible, and quality

education especially amid a pandemic.

Our mission is to provide immediate education relief to the marginalized youth in this new normal and to establish an avenue for sustaining and developing the youth's quest for knowledge and service to their communities. We envision a safe, accessible, and quality education system which ensures that no one gets left behind especially in times of crisis and in which every citizen is united to uphold it as every Filipino's right.

1. To create an alternative school that encourages safe and responsible community-based learning for marginalized youth.
2. To establish and foster a center for people of different backgrounds to impart their knowledge and use their skills and resources in working collectively to help those in most need;
3. To assess and analyze the student's knowledges and competencies and design a curriculum that is appropriate for their concrete learning ability;
4. To harness the power of collective action by expanding and concretizing its advocacy across different parts of the country and establishing new branches of the alternative school in communities in the country
5. To empower and mobilize marginalized communities to formulate and implement programs that ensure the welfare and rights of all community members.

Matalas ang pag-iisip, masigla ang pangangatawan, bukas sa mga bagoโ€” ito ang mga katangian ng kabataan kung bakit sila ang pag-asa ng bayan. Dapat gamitin ang ideyalismo ng mga kabataan para maghatid ng agarang tulong at pangmatagalang pagbabago sa bansa.

Ang edukasyon ay batayang karapatan ng lahat na dapat pinoprotektahan ng gobyernoโ€” hindi ito pwedeng ipagkait kanino man. Ngayong humaharap tayo sa krisis sa edukasyon, dapat sikapin ng gobyerno ang pagpapatupad ng isang ligtas, abot-kaya, at dekalidad na edukasyon.
3.๐™‹๐™ง๐™ค-๐™ฅ๐™š๐™ค๐™ฅ๐™ก๐™š ๐™˜๐™ช๐™ก๐™ฉ๐™ช๐™ง๐™š
Ang makabayan, siyentipiko, at pang-masang kultura ay isang mahalagang armas ng mamamayan na naghahangad ng pag-unlad sa ekonomiya at kasarinlan ng bansa. Kaya dapat ang mga kabataan ay may alam sa mga problem ng bansa at ugat nito, ang solusyon dito, at may tapang at determinasyon na kumilos para sa paglaya ng bayan.

Ang kabataan ay bahagi ng isang komunidad kayaโ€™t ang kanyang pagkatuto ay hindi lang nakukulong sa loob ng eskwelahan. Sa pamamagitan ng pakikialam sa mga usapin ng kanilang komunidad at pagiging aktibong bahagi nito, nalilinang ang diwa ng mga kabataan ng paglilingkod sa sambayanan.
