𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗲 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, the event served as a platform to strengthen disaster preparedness, enhance rescue skills, and foster camaraderie among responders. Anchored on the theme, "𝙊𝙣𝙚 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢. 𝙊𝙣𝙚 𝙈𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣. 𝙎𝙖𝙛𝙚𝙧 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨," the jamboree highlighted the importance of unity, cooperation, and continuous learning in building safer and more resilient communities.

The SLSU- Student Active Response Team (SART) recognized the newly inducted officers who will lead the organization for the academic year. The oath-taking ceremony was held at the Multi-Purpose Gym (MPC) of Southern Leyte State University – Sogod Campus last May 30, 2026, marking a formal transition of leadership among student organizations.

The evening marked a significant moment as the newly inducted SART officers officially took their oath, embracing their roles with commitment to service, responsibility, and leadership. The ceremony symbolized a new beginning for the organization, anchored in unity, dedication, and active participation in campus initiatives.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | The spirit of academic excellence shined brightly at SLSU Sogod Campus during the 43rd Commencement Exercises held yesterday, May 26, 2026.

Held at the university’s multi-purpose court, the event highlighted the hard work, determination, and achievements of the graduating students, reflecting a proud milestone shared by the entire SLSU academic community.

The event’s success was further strengthened through the dedicated support and service of the Student Active Response Team (SART), in collaboration with the Sogod Emergency Response Team (SERT) and the University Clinic, ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of everyone throughout the celebration.
