PAPASO (Pacific, Panaon, and Sogod Vicariate) emerged as Grand Champion in the Festival of Lights 2026 held in Limasawa, Southern Leyte, during the 505th commemoration of the First Easter Mass in the Philippines.

Ms. Frincess Lyca Fe Arado and Dave Felix Colastre were named Festival of Lights King and Queen 2026, highlighting the group’s strong performance.

The winning presentation was led by choreographer Mr. Redentor Castillo Navarro Jr., with assistance from Mr. Romy Padon.

Organizers also recognized the support of the PAPASO clergy, especially Rev. Fr. Irvin W. Octot of Sto. Niño Parish in Bontoc, whose leadership and guidance, along with the efforts of youth leaders and coordinators, contributed to the group’s success.
