Many dog bite cases and road accidents happen because pets are left outside without a leash or proper fence. A simple leash and proper control can prevent injuries and fear.
⚖️ KNOW THE LAW (Philippines)
Under Republic Act No. 9482 (Anti-Rabies Act of 2007), pet owners must:
• Keep their dogs under control and not allow them to roam in public places
• Make sure their dogs are vaccinated against rabies
• Pay for medical expenses if their dog bites someone
Not following the law can lead to fines and penalties.
