📣 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐔𝐒 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 | 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

The seminar “Prevention on Illegal Drugs, Alcohol and To***co Abuse: Strengthen Prevention, Stop Discrimination” was successfully held at the Cultural Hall and made even more meaningful through the contest highlights that showcased the creativity and voices of our students.

✨ Slogan Making, Poster Making, Essay Writing, and Spoken Poetry took center stage as participants powerfully expressed messages of awareness, prevention, and hope. Each entry reflected strong advocacy for a drug-free, informed, and compassionate campus community.

We commend all the participants for using their talents to promote positive change, and we extend our gratitude to the organizers, judges, and supporters who made these activities impactful and inspiring.

Together, let us continue to uplift voices that advocate for a safe, informed, and healthy CBSUA-Sipocot community. 🌱

The 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫: “𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬: 𝐀 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤" was successfully held at the Cultural Hall!Students took a pause from the academic rush to learn practical ways of managing stress, staying mentally healthy, and surviving the semester with balance and purpose. 🧠💚 Your mind matters.
In celebration of Mental Health Awareness, the Guidance Counseling and Peer Learning Community invites everyone to join our Mental Health Contest on January 20, happening from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM.

The event will feature Slogan Making, Poster Making, Essay Writing, and Spoken Poetry Contests, creating a safe and creative space to express thoughts, emotions, and advocacies for mental well-being. Let us come together to raise awareness, break the stigma, and promote self-care and understanding for all.

📍 Venue:
Second Floor of the Student Center, above the Conference Room

🎓 Eligibility:
Open to 1st Year to 3rd Year students of Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA)
