It's about time every Juan becomes a lifesaver...
BREAKING NEWS:
Bystander performs CPR on prone patient.
Yes, you read that right — PRONE.
Dili supine. Dili side-lying. Straight-up face-down CPR.
As a healthcare worker watching that viral video, my first instinct was to scream:
“Hoy! Dili na mattress ang likod sa pasyente!”
But then again... nganu diay? At least naay siyay gibuhat. Ikaw? Kamo? Silang tanan?
Tig-hala,

Meanwhile, the scene on Facebook Live:
“Ay hala naunsa na siya!”

Lord, ikaw na bahala. 😭💔
Wala’y taw ni-dial og ambulansya, pero daghan ni-dial og likes and shares.
Let’s break this down, nurse-style:
Mali ang posisyon — check.
May ginawa — also check.
So yes, maybe our "rescuer" needs a BLS refresher (or a real BLS class, tbh). But let’s give him some credit. Thank you Kuya! — while others were treating the emergency like it was a reality TV episode, he was at least trying.
If you don’t know CPR, call someone who does.
If you can’t help, don’t be a hindrance.
Final Diagnosis: Viral but Not Vital
CPR is not content. Emergencies are not entertainment.
And being bali doesn’t excuse walay buhat.
So next time, be the helper. Not the hashtagger.
