Ang MSWD o 𝘔𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘢𝘭 𝘚𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘞𝘦𝘭𝘧𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘋𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘱𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦 ay opisina ng local government sa isang municipality o bayan. Sila ang direktang tumutulong sa mga tao sa komunidad na nangangailangan ng social services.

𝗠𝗴𝗮 𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝗮 𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘄𝗮 𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗦𝗪𝗗:
• Pag-assist sa mga indigent families
• Pag-handle ng cases ng children, women, senior citizens, at persons with disabilities
• Pagbibigay ng relief assistance during emergencies
• Pag-monitor ng community programs
• Pag-process ng financial assistance at referrals

𝘚𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯:
Ang MSWD ang “frontline” social welfare office sa mga bayan na pinaka-malapit sa mga tao.

𝗔𝗻𝗼 𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗯𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗦𝗪𝗗?

Ang CSWD o 𝘊𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘚𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘞𝘦𝘭𝘧𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘋𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘱𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦 ay social welfare office naman sa isang lungsod o city. Pareho lang halos sila ng trabaho ng MSWD, pero ang sakop nila ay city level.

𝗠𝗴𝗮 𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝗮 𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘄𝗮 𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗦𝗪𝗗:
• Pagbibigay ng assistance sa mga residents ng city
• Pag-handle ng child and family welfare cases
• Pag-assist sa women, senior citizens, at persons with disabilities
• Pagbibigay ng relief during disasters and emergencies
• Pagpapatupad ng city social welfare programs

Ang CSWD ang social welfare office na direktang tumutulong sa mga tao sa lungsod o city.

Ang PSWD o 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘚𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘞𝘦𝘭𝘧𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘋𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘱𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦 ay social welfare office sa provincial level. Sila ang tumutulong sa pag-coordinate at pag-supervise ng mga social welfare programs ng iba’t ibang municipalities at cities sa buong probinsya.

𝗠𝗴𝗮 𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝗮 𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘄𝗮 𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗦𝗪𝗗:
• Pag-coordinate ng provincial social welfare programs
• Technical support sa MSWD/CSWD offices
• Disaster response sa buong probinsya
• Management ng provincial centers at facilities
• Implementation ng provincial projects for vulnerable sectors

Ang PSWD ang nag-o-oversee at sumusuporta sa social welfare services sa buong probinsya.

𝗔𝗻𝗼 𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗯𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗦𝗪𝗗?

Ang DSWD o 𝘋𝘦𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘚𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘞𝘦𝘭𝘧𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘋𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘱𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 ay national government agency ng Pilipinas na responsible sa paggawa at pagpapatupad ng social welfare policies at programs sa buong bansa.

Ang DSWD ang pangunahing ahensya ng gobyerno na namamahala sa social welfare and development programs sa buong Pilipinas.

• MSWD – Municipal level (bayan)
• CSWD – City level (lungsod)
• PSWD – Provincial level (probinsya)

📢 PAANO MALALAMAN KUNG KASAMA KA SA UPLIFT ASSISTANCE?

Marami ang nagtatanong kung kailangan bang magpalista upang makatanggap ng UPLIFT Assistance. Batay sa ipinaliwanag ng DSWD, hindi na kailangan ng registration o listahan mula sa mga politiko dahil ang mga benepisyaryo ay pipiliin mula sa mga umiiral na opisyal na rekord ng gobyerno.

✅ Kung ikaw ay 4Ps beneficiary
Awtomatiko kang kasama sa target beneficiaries kung kwalipikado sa programa. Ang one-time na ayuda na hanggang ₱2,000 ay inaasahang ipapasok sa iyong LandBank account.

✅ Kung benepisyaryo ka ng Walang Gutom Program
Hindi mo rin kailangang mag-apply. Ang karagdagang ayuda ay isasabay sa kasalukuyang mekanismo ng programa.

✅ Kung hindi ka 4Ps o Walang Gutom beneficiary
Posible ka pa ring mapabilang kung ang inyong pamilya ay nasa poor o near-poor batay sa Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) ng PSA. Ang mga mapipili ay kokontakin para sa unang payout at sa pagkuha ng kanilang digital account details.

✅ Kung low-income SSS member ka
Hindi rin kailangan ng aplikasyon. Ang target ay mga kwalipikadong miyembro ng SSS na may Monthly Salary Credit na ₱20,000 pababa at may rehistradong SSS disbursement account. Ang ayuda ay direktang ipapasok sa kanilang account kapag kwalipikado.

📌 Mahalagang Paalala:
Walang palakasan at walang listahan mula sa mga politiko. Ang pagbabasehan ng pagpili ay ang opisyal na records ng DSWD, PSA (CBMS), at SSS.

⚠️ Paalala: Hinihintay pa rin ang opisyal na implementing guidelines ng pamahalaan para sa pinal na proseso, eksaktong iskedyul ng payout, at iba pang detalye.

FROM 4Ps MEMBER TO DENTAL MEDICINE BOARD EXAM PASSER

What began as a childhood marked by financial struggle has turned into a story of academic excellence for Dr. Jessa Mendiola Roda, a former monitored child is a testament to the power of perseverance, determination, and the positive impact of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps). Coming from a humble family with limited financial resources, Jessa faced many challenges while pursuing her dream of becoming a dentist. Her family relied on modest sources of income, making it difficult to meet daily needs and educational expenses.

As a beneficiary of the 4Ps program, Jessa’s family received assistance that helped ease their financial burden and ensured that she could continue her education. The support provided by the program allowed her parents to prioritize her schooling and encouraged the family to remain committed to investing in their children's future.

Despite the hardships, Jessa remained focused on her studies. Through hard work, discipline, and the unwavering support of her family, teachers, and community, she successfully completed her degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine at the Universidad de Zamboanga. Her journey was not easy, but she never allowed poverty to hinder her dreams.

Dr. Jessa Mendiola Roda serves as a shining example that with determination, family support, and government assistance programs such as 4Ps, dreams can become reality. Her success inspires young people from disadvantaged families to continue striving for their goals and proves that education remains a powerful tool in breaking the cycle of poverty.

In celebrating the the 89th araw ng siocon the office of the PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT SERVICE OFFICE (PESO) headed by maam Hydee Obra in coordination with Dole and the Municipal operation office -PANTAWID PAMILYANG PILIPINO PORGRAM 4P’S successfully launch the Job fair inviting all the Pantawid beneficiries of siocon this colaborative activity has lead to a fruitful activy where some of the beneficiaries has given a chance to be HIRED on the Spot of some agency in the program.,
