Just days after celebrating another year of life, former SGO President Mayrel Pagasihan Villalon, 𝘾𝙎𝙋𝙀 receives what could truly be one of the greatest birthday gifts — passing the March 2026 Civil Service Examination - 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙇𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡, held at Dipolog City Zamboanga del Norte.
