🌿✨ The Learner Formation Section successfully conducted a milestone activity on March 2, 2026, at Hotelinda Suites, Vigan City, bringing together student leaders for the Division Federated YES-O Officers and Division Federated BKB Officers. The event highlighted unity, leadership, and shared commitment toward empowering young environmental advocates.

🤝 Our DFYES-O President, Frances May I. Totaan, together with the newly appointed President, Laurence Bautista, and teacher-adviser Kelvin S. Salanio, attended the hand-over and election ceremony. The gathering symbolized a meaningful transition of leadership and the continuation of service for the environment and the youth.

💚🌏 Our YES-O President proudly represented SDO Ilocos Sur as the Division Federated YES-O President during the “3rd Rehiyon Uno: Regional Learners’ Convergence”, held at El Pescador, Bolinao, Pangasinan from January 13–16, 2026. The event gathered student leaders from different divisions across Region I, providing a meaningful platform to strengthen youth leadership, collaboration, and environmental advocacy.

Throughout the convergence, she actively participated in various discussions, learning sessions, and activities that focused on empowering learners to take part in environmental protection, sustainability initiatives, and responsible leadership. Her involvement reflected not only her dedication as a YES-O leader but also her commitment to representing the voices and efforts of Ilocos Sur youth in regional initiatives that aim to create positive change.

This representation is a testament to the continuous efforts of YES-O in nurturing young leaders who are environmentally conscious, responsible, and ready to serve their communities. We are proud of her meaningful participation and grateful for the opportunity to showcase the passion, leadership, and environmental commitment of SDO Ilocos Sur on a regional stage. 🌱✨
