We are now accepting scholars for:
SHIELDED METAL ARC WELDING SMAW NCI
SHIELDED METAL ARC WELDING SMAW NCII
ORGANIC AGRICULTURE PRODUCTION NCII

If you are interested, please apply at the SIMAG Office located at AHSSI Bldg., Rizal St., Silay City from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM.

Qualifications:
*At least a High School Graduate
*ALS Secondary Level
*Physically and mentally fit
*Able to communicate in English
*Able to perform basic mathematical computations
*At least 18 to 30 years old

Requirements:
1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA)
2. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (for married female applicants)
3. Photocopy of High School Card or Diploma
4. 4 pcs Passport-sized pictures (TESDA standard)
5. 2 pcs 1x1 pictures (TESDA standard)
6. Brgy. Clearance or Certification

Activity: Day 12 to 18
Focus: Produce Organic Vegetable

During days 12 to 18 of the training, trainees focused on the production of organic vegetables. The activities were hands-on and aimed at applying sustainable and natural farming practices. Key task completed during this period included:
1. Land Preparation
* Clearing and tilling of planting area
* Application of organic soil amendments and compost
* Formation of plots or beds suitable for vegetable cultivation
2. Seed Planting
* Selection of high quality organic seeds
* Proper sowing techniques for various vegetables crops
* Use of seed trays and direct planting methods
* Application of organic inputs to support seed germination
