We commemorate today July 28 the 24 Scout delegates who perished in a plane crash while en route to the 11th World Jamboree in Greece in 1963. The day honors their sacrifice and the sacrifices of other Scouts who died in the performance of their duties. Our humble salute to all of them.

The BSP Bacolod City Council's JHR Health Awareness conducted at Takas Community near Punong Gary's Place, Silay City today. This project is the initiative of a group of Mapua Malayan Digital College students for their NSTP requirements. Spearheaded by Charlize Bactong of Silay City, Colin Carlos Bactong from Tacloban City, Juan Francis Manongdo from Baguio City, and Nathaniel Grate of Bacolod City.

To those who donated to make this activity possible: Sofia Manongdo, Len Marcaida Salazar, Shirley Marcaida, Nathaniel Grate, and Sir Paolo Tiongco.

Thank you very much Eskawts Bacolod, Takas Youth Organization, The Philippine Red Cross Silay under sir Rodney Bumban. Thanks also sir Paolo Tiongco for continuously supporting the circle. Mam Circle Manager Lanesra Paulyn Arsenal, Rover Leader Marie Antonette Tapi-on, and Sir Lloydie Navarette our Institutional Head for the leadership.
