Good News, Dear Neighbors!

If you pay your monthly dues* for the whole year, get a 10% discount and if you pay semi annually, get a 5% discount. Here are the details:

annual payment scheme
- 10% discount
- avail of the discount until March 31, 2023**

semi annual payment
- 5% discount
- 1st installment (January-June) by March 31, 2023**
- 2nd installment (July-December) by June-July, 2023

* This does not include water and garbage
**The March deadline is only for 2023. For 2024, annual or 1st installment payment of dues should be done on December 2023 until January 31, 2024.

If payment is done beyond the specified months, regular rates apply.
