Holy Tuesday is a day where Jesus was questioned, challenged, and tested by religious leaders. They asked Him, “By what authority are You doing these things?”

But instead of seeking their approval, Jesus responded with wisdom and confidence, because He knew exactly where His authority came from.

He wasn’t shaken by opinions. He wasn’t pressured by expectations. He stood firm in the truth given by the Father.

And that speaks deeply to us today. True authority comes from God, not approval from people. There will be moments when others question your choices, your faith, or your calling. Times when you feel the need to prove yourself or be accepted. But Holy Tuesday reminds us, you don’t have to.

Jesus never chased validation. He walked in obedience.

So today, choose to stand firm. Even when misunderstood. Even when questioned. Because when God is the one who sent you, you don’t need anyone else’s approval to keep going.
