For those who will be visiting St. Anthony of Padua Parish - Sibulan Negros Oriental, the new entrance is along McArthur Street.

A larger parking area is available upon entry. The former entrance now serves as the exit.

🚦SIBULAN FIESTA TRAFFIC SCHEME 2026 🚦
June 12–13, 2026

To ensure the safety, convenience, and smooth flow of traffic during the celebration of the Sibulan Fiesta, all motorists, pedestrians, residents, visitors, public utility drivers, and tricycle/pedicab operators are advised to strictly follow the designated traffic scheme shown in the map below.

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
✅ Observe all ONE-WAY and TWO-WAY traffic routes.
✅ Follow the directions of traffic personnel and authorized marshals at all times.
✅ Respect all NO ENTRY zones and temporary traffic restrictions.
✅ Avoid illegal parking, double parking, and obstruction of roadways.
✅ Drive at a safe speed and remain alert, especially in areas with heavy pedestrian traffic.
✅ Give way to emergency vehicles whenever necessary.
✅ Pedestrians are encouraged to use designated crossing areas and remain vigilant while crossing streets.

🚨 STRICT ENFORCEMENT WILL BE IMPLEMENTED

Traffic enforcers and law enforcement personnel will be deployed throughout the celebration period. Violators of the traffic scheme, parking regulations, and other applicable traffic ordinances shall be apprehended and issued corresponding citations or penalties in accordance with existing municipal traffic regulations.
