Please be advised that all incoming (2nd-year) and (3rd-year) students are required to complete and submit the following medical examinations before they will be allowed to enroll for the upcoming term:
*Fecalysis Test
*HBsAg Test (Hepatitis B Surface Antigen)
*Chest X-ray (CXR PA View)

The laboratory and diagnostic request form can be obtained at the CIT Office. Or Please look for Sir Frank Elequin or Sir Allan Mark Mission.
