Growing more than just knowledgeโ€”PSIM-UASU taking action for a greener tomorrow.

Today, March 27, 2026, at Caridad, Hamtic, Antique, we come together to turn purpose into action and make a meaningful impact on our environment.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the Mechanical Engineering students and instructors of the University of Antique, Barangay Officials of Caridad, Hamtic, Coast Guard Station of Antique and to the MENRO Hamtic for their invaluable support and cooperation in the successful conduct of our tree planting activity.

The Pambansang Samahan ng Inhenyero Mekanikal โ€“ University of Antique Student Unit proudly celebrates the success of six newly registered Mechanical Engineers from the ME Department who passed the February 2026 Mechanical Engineers Licensure Examination (MELE).

This accomplishment represents more than statisticsโ€”it reflects years of hard work, discipline, sacrifice, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Through rigorous preparation and steadfast perseverance, our graduates have shown that true engineers thrive under pressure and uphold the highest standards of integrity.

PSIMโ€“UASU achieved a 60.00% passing rate among first-time takers and an overall performance of 54.55%, surpassing the national passing rate of 51.90%.

This achievement further highlights the University of Antiqueโ€™s continuing dedication to producing competent and globally competitive engineers. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to our newly licensed Mechanical Engineers, their proud families, and the ME faculty and staff whose guidance and mentorship made this success possible.

We are proud to announce the official approval of the organizationโ€™s name change from PSEMโ€“UAC (Pambansang Samahan ng Estudyante Mekanikalโ€“ University of Antique Chapter) to PSIMโ€“UASU (Pambansang Samahan ng Inhinyero Mekanikal โ€“ University of Antique Student Unit).

The Pambansang Samahan ng Estudyante Mekanikal โ€“ University of Antique Chapter (PSEM-UAC) is on the lookout for creative and talented designers to craft the official Polo-shirt and Lanyard design for AY 2025โ€“2026.

๐Œ๐ž๐œ๐ก๐š๐ง๐ข๐œ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐†๐ฎ๐ข๐๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ฌ:

1.Open to all Mechanical Engineering students enrolled at the University of Antique.
2.Use black, yellow, blue, and white as the primary colors.
3.The official PSEM logo must be included in the design.
4.Submit your entries on or before October 10, 2025 (10:00 AM) via the official submission link.
5.Voting Period:
*Starts: October 11, 2025 (8:00 PM)
*Ends: October 13, 2025 (8:00 PM)
6.Winner determination:
50% โ€“ Online Voting
50% โ€“ PSEM Officersโ€™ Votes
7.The winning designer will receive FREE official merch and lanyard.
8.Only one (1) design will be declared as the winner.
9.All submitted entries will become the official property of PSEM-UAC, with due credit to the designer. The winning design will serve as the official program shirt and lanyard for AY 2025โ€“2026.
10.T-shirt printing method: Sublimation.
