WE ARE GROWING IN NUMBERS, OSMEÑAHANON❤️
Once again, the true spirit of bayanihan has shone brightly as our beloved Osmeñahanon continue to share their most precious gift — their blood — for the benefit of everyone. Despite all the challenges, ang mga pagsulay sa panahon, and pagsulay along the way, we proudly concluded a successful Mass Blood Donation last October 13, 2025, with 219 successful donors!
This milestone would never have been possible without the collective effort, compassion, and unity of individuals and organizations who gave their time, energy, and hearts for this cause.
A big salute and heartfelt thanks to our ever-supportive Municipal Mayor, Hon. Glen Yu, for his genuine initiative and dedication in inviting donors and providing freebies to all successful blood donors. Your unwavering support truly means so much to every Osmeñahon.
To our Provincial Governor, Hon. Darel Dexter Uy, thank you for your generosity in extending 200 packs of rice for our municipality — your support has truly made a difference.
To our Municipal Vice Mayor, Bador Villamin, the Sangguniang Bayan Members, and our very active SB for Health, Sir JrSeth Palomares,thank you for your continued guidance and presence — from the planning stage until the very end of the event, you stood by us and never left our side and to Atty Paalisbo for the free arozcaldo🤍
Special thanks to our Municipal Quick Response Team (QRT), headed by the ever-active Sir Kent Rod Sayon, for assisting in transportation and for encouraging your staff to donate. You are truly our partners in service! Bisan daghang abirya, gi sulay ta sa panahon, ug daghang butang nga dili nato makontrol, wala gyud ninyo kami biyae. You made sure our donors were safely brought home to their barangays — even through the rain, baha, ug mga kadaot sa dalan. To all our drivers, daghang salamat sa inyong pagpaningkamot ug paghatod sa tanan nga donors safe and sound. You are our silent heroes!
Of course, this success wouldn’t have been possible without our dedicated RHU Staff, led by our ever-kind and supportive Municipal Health Officer, Dr. June Marie Saga. Doc, thank you for your unwavering guidance, encouragement, and leadership every step of the way.
To our bloodbank partner Zamboang del Norte Medical Center blood bank team, to maam abegail khio for always a one call away and for being our partner in this mass blood donation.
To our hardworking Barangay Officials, Barangay Captains,tanods, Councilors, barangay coordinators, BNS, BHWs, tanan nga nag-balay-balay, nangayo ug donors bisan pa pangasab-an, daghang salamat! You are the backbone of this mission. 💉❤️
To all RHU STAFFS, NDPs (led by Ma’am Moldy Rongo), HRH,EMR Sir Kim Dugaduga, Nutrition Staffs , Different Committees, our PHN, Ma’am Mercy Bendijo, Regulars, JO, Bemonc Staffs, Midwives thank you everyone for taking care of our donors’ lunch and freebies — and for your tireless effort behind the scenes — bisan dili na namo ma tagsa-tagsa, please know that each one of you played a vital role in making this event a success. And lastly, to our brave and selfless BLOOD DONORS — our modern-day heroes — words will never be enough to express our gratitude. You are the true embodiment of compassion and courage. Bahalag makuyapan, maulanan, mabahaan, ma-stranded, ug mabiyaan ang inyong panginabuhian — inyong gihalad ang inyong dugo alang sa uban. That is the purest form of pagtabang — the true essence of being an Osmeñahon.
Your smiles, your courage, and your willingness to help define what it truly means to serve with a heart. We are deeply sorry for the delays and inconveniences — but above all, we are beyond grateful for your patience, understanding, and love.
