L2D2 Office and Meeting Hall Construction Update As Of Today : June 11, 2026

Our Dream of an L2D2 General Meeting with a Roof and Seats is Within Reach!!!

We are excited to announce that at our next General Meeting this coming August, we will no longer need to sit under the trees or use umbrellas. Construction of our new Meeting Hall has already begun, complete with small office and two comfort rooms.

However, our Association's budget is not enough to finish the project. This us where we need your generous support. We warmly welcome donations and any suggestions on how we can raise additional funds.

As always, for full transparency, we will publicly post every cent received, whether in cash or in materials.

L2D2 Balsa Updates:

Big thanks to all volunteer laborers and food sponsors!

Tomorrow is our 5th Sunday of working together to build the 25pcs concrete posts for our bridge to waiting shed and Balsa. This project will bring safe and convenient river crossing, making daily commutes much easier for our community, especially for students and workers.

We extend our heartfelt thanks and recognition to Mr. Amador Guevarra (PELCO Director) for his continued support to the residents and community of Lapu-Lapu Delta II Homeowners Assn. Inc.

He has generously provided sufficient electrical posts to supply our community with reliable electricity. We look forward to the next phase -- the installation pf street lights and water supplies..
