Taos-puso po kaming nagpapasalamat sa lahat ng nakiisa, sumuporta, at tumulong upang maging maayos at matagumpay ang aktibidad na ito. Higit sa lahat, para sa ating mga kabarangay na nakinabang sa programa — babae man o lalaki, bata man o matanda — nawa’y naging malaking tulong ito bilang paghahanda sa darating na pasukan at sa pang-araw-araw ninyong buhay.

Patuloy po ang Sangguniang Kabataan ng Talaan-Aplaya sa paghahatid ng mga programang may malasakit at tunay na pakinabang hindi lamang para sa mga kabataan, kundi para na rin sa lahat ng mamamayan na ating ka-barangay.

Today, May 28, 2026, the Sangguniang Kabataan ng Talaan-Aplaya successfully conducted the distribution of the GRAD-AID Financial Support for the graduates of School Year 2025–2026. This initiative aims to recognize the hard work, perseverance, and dedication of our young achievers as they take another step toward their future.

Prior to the distribution, the beneficiaries first attended a Risk Reduction Management Seminar spearheaded by the MDRRMO of Sariaya, equipping them with valuable knowledge and awareness in disaster preparedness and community safety.

The Sangguniang Kabataan ng Talaan-Aplaya remains committed in supporting the youth not only through educational assistance but also by promoting preparedness, responsibility, and community involvement.

The activity aimed not only to promote environmental awareness and coastal preservation, but also to extend support and kindness to the local community through the spirit of volunteerism and bayanihan. Gayeta na Memorandum No. 2026-35 bilang pagtalima sa deklarasyon ng State of National Energy Emergency sa buong bansa o ang Executive Order No. 110, at pagpapatupad ng Memorandum Circular No. 114 ng Office of the President at DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2026-023 kaugnay sa pagtitipid ng enerhiya at mga umiiral na batas, ang Republic Act No. 11285 at Republic Act No. 7160.

Naglalayon itong makatulong sa masusing pagkonsumo ng kuryente at gasolina na may malaking epekto sa kasalukuyang estado ng ating bayan at buong bansa. Isa itong hakbangin na malaking ambag upang matugunan ang nararanasang krisis ng ating mga kababayan.
