The Iskolar ng LANDBANK Program is the official scholarship initiative of the Land Bank of the Philippines. It aims to provide educational assistance to qualified children or grandchildren of agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs), small farmers, or fishers from the countryโs 60 poorest provincesโincluding Davao Occidental.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:
a. Incoming First-year student of SPAMAST for 1st Semester, AY: 2025-2026.
b. Residence in the Province of Davao Occidental
c. Children/grandchildren of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) or small farmers and fishers
d. High school graduate Student with a minimum average grade of 90% or belonging to the top 10% of their class *(i.e. final grade or senior high or grades from the latest available grading period)
e. Must pass the selection requirement of SPAMAST (e.g., entrance exams, submission of the required documents and preliminary interviews)
f. Must not enjoy any other financial assistance, grant, or scholarship from other external sources
j. Students whose annual total family income does not exceed PHP 300,000.00 as stated in their BIR Income Tax Return (ITR) or in the absence, any other document as proof of income (e,g. Certificate of Indigency or BIR Certificate of Tax Exemption may be considered)
PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
a. Duly filled-out Scholarship Application Form

b. Certified true copy of birth certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).
c. Two 2โ x 2โ ID photos.
d. Photocopy of membership of parent/s as ARB and/or certificate of membership of parent/s as member of the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA) under the Department of Agriculture (DA)
e. Photocopy of recent ITR of parent/s or Barangay Certification of Indigency/BIR Certificate of Tax Exemption of unemployed parents/guardians
f. Summary of grades (Grade 12 senior high school)
g. Endorsement letter from the high school principal
h. Certificate of good moral character coming from the school
i. Current resume, with list of activities, awards and honor
j. 500-words essay on โWhy I am pursuing my chosen courseโ and โHow does LANDBANK Help in nation Buildingโ.
k. Barangay clearance from the applicantโs home barangay or residence

SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS:
- P100,000.00 worth of allowance for the whole academic year
- P50,000.00 to P100,000.00 if graduated with Latin Honors
- Up to P16,000.00 worth of reimbursement for taking Licensure/Board Exams

The deadline for the submission of complete documents is on or before August 11, 2025.
