To All University Officials, Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel, and Students
1. In compliance with ๐ ๐ฒ๐บ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐๐บ ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ (๐ ๐) ๐ก๐ผ. ๐ญ๐ญ๐ฐissued by the Office of the President of the Philippines, directing all government agencies, including State Universities and Colleges, to adopt energy conservation measures, and anchored on ๐๐ฆ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ก๐ผ. ๐ฒ, ๐. ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฎ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฆ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ก๐ผ. ๐ญ, ๐. ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฑ,which provide the policies and guidelines on ๐๐น๐ฒ๐
๐ถ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ ๐ช๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ ๐๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ in the government to mitigate power demand and address the impact of rising petroleum and energy costs, as well as directives from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) on the conduct of Online Classes, Pampanga State University shall implement appropriate flexible work arrangements.
2. In line with the foregoing, the following schedule shall be observed:
โข ๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐น๐๐ ๐บ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ shall conduct ๐ข๐ป๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ ๐๐น๐ฎ๐๐๐ฒ๐ on ๐๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ถ๐น ๐ญ๐ฌ, ๐ญ๐ฒ, ๐ญ๐ณ, ๐ญ๐ด, ๐ฎ๐ฏ, ๐ฎ๐ฐ, ๐ฎ๐ฑ, ๐ฏ๐ฌ, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ.
โข ๐ช๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ-๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐บ-๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ (๐ช๐๐)arrangement for non-teaching personnel shall be observed on ๐๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ถ๐น ๐ญ๐ฌ, ๐ญ๐ณ, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ฐ, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ except for personnel providing essential services such as security and utility services, who shall continue to report onsite as necessary.
3. ๐๐บ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ shall assign specific tasks to their unit personnel for inclusion in their Accomplishment Reports, while Deans, Campus Directors and Principal shall monitor online classes to ensure continuity and quality of instruction.
4. During regular onsite classes and office operations, all officials, employees, and students are strictly enjoined to observe energy conservation measures in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Memorandum Circulars.
5. Further, in pursuant to ๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐ฒ๐บ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐๐บ ๐ป๐ผ. ๐ญ๐ฌ๐ต ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ issued by the Office of the Chairperson, ๐ฒ๐
๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ต๐บ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ฝ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ป ๐ต๐ผ๐น๐ฑ ๐๐ป๐๐ถ๐น ๐ณ๐๐ฟ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ป๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ.
6. All issuances not consistent with this memorandum are deemed superseded.
